I am trying to exercise everyday to lower my cholesterol and to lose about 10 lbs. Today, I walked for 48 minutes around my neighborhood. I took my little point and shoot camera and focused on the little things that you don't see every day.

P.S. I don't know about you, but it is HARD to use a P&S when you are used to using a DSLR
