Spent the day in Harvard Square,Cambridge with friends.
Chalk on the Walk is the Cambridge version of an Italian Street Painting Festival. It is one of the many interesting activities that make Harvard Square MayFair a destination for over 100,000 people on the first Sunday in May. The artists are free to create, with chalk pastels (supplied by the Club), their own visions. Paintings are created along Church Street and in full view of the public who pass by to watch the chalk drawings develop. The artwork is judged and prizes awarded at 4:00 P.M. The fact that the paintings disappear at the end of the day makes their beauty even more appealing.
In my opinion, this was one of the best Chalk drawings during today's
