NESOP Assignment - Using a Slow Shutter Speed

This weeks assignment for my photo Class was using a Slow Shutter Speed.
I have done night photography with a slow shutter speed but i tried to do some different things.

Here I timed this right with a 20 second shutter speed to get all lights lit on this traffic light.

This car was still for 15 seconds while cars went passed it...gives the impression that the cars are speeding passed.
