Spectacle Island, Boston Harbor

Saturday, July 5, 2014, I went on a boat cruise to Spectacle Island in Boston Harbor.

Here is my Trip:

 View of Boston from the Island

 A canoe that got washed up on the rocks during the recent storm

 Lots of artifacts can be found on Spectacle Island, since it was once a dumping ground. 
The public are asked to leave it on the Island for others to enjoy viewing.

 A very weathered shell...yes I took this one home.

 Spectacle Island is really a beautiful park that the city of Boston has created.  
I urge you to take the ferry out of Boston and visit.

And there is lots of docking for private boats.
